Requirements

Graduation from an accredited School of Dental Hygiene
Possession of a valid current license as a registered dental hygienist in the State of Colorado
Maintain current CPR Certification
Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must

Previous experience desired, but not required
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

Perform most clinical procedures related to professional dental hygiene care.
Work in a team-based care fashion that supports patients and their families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change partnerships.
Provide preventive dental services in a medical setting for up to half of your day.
Provide oral assessments and preventive care in local schools.
