Requirements
- Licensed Dental Hygienist
- Strong clinical and patient communication skills
- Passion for preventive dentistry and patient education
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience
- Valid Dental Hygienist license in the State of Virginia
- Minimum work experience - 3 years.
- Loupes with lights mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care
- Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and cleanings
- Educate patients on oral health, home care, and preventive treatment
- Partner with the doctor and team to deliver outstanding patient experiences
- Build lasting relationships with patients through compassionate, personalized care
