Front Office Dental Receptionist | Herren Family Dentistry | London, KY Mon–Thurs (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Fridays (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM) Are you an organized people-person who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Herren Family Dentistry is looking for a Front Office Dental Receptionist to help create an outstanding patient experience from the moment patients walk through our doors. We’re more than just a dental office—we’re a family-oriented team that supports and encourages each other!
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask in a busy office setting
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or dental office experience preferred
- Familiarity with dental software is a plus
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in patients with a friendly, professional attitude
- Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and appointment needs
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Collect and update patient information accurately
- Process payments and assist with billing tasks
- Coordinate with the dental team to keep the day running smoothly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment
