When life throws a dental emergency at a patient, they need more than just a doctor-they need a supportive, organized, and efficient front office team to guide them. At OnCall Dental Urgent Care, we specialize in "Same-Day Dentistry" and "Fast Pain Relief." We are looking for a Dental Receptionist who thrives in a high-volume, high-energy environment. You are the "Director of First Impressions," ensuring that every patient who walks through our doors feels heard, cared for, and informed.

Requirements

• Previous dental office experience is highly preferred, especially with Denticon and insurance verification.
• Ability to assist our diverse patient base in both English and Spanish is a major plus.
• You are a proactive, "team-first" professional who stays calm under pressure and enjoys the challenge of a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and the ability to discuss financial options (like CareCredit) with empathy and clarity.
• Dependable, detail-oriented professional

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual Preferred: Ability to assist our diverse patient base in both English and Spanish is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients
• Manage a multi-line phone system
• Serve as the expert guide for insurance benefits and treatment financing
• Manage and optimize the daily schedule to ensure we can accommodate same-day emergencies without compromising flow
• Collect co-pays
• Present treatment estimates clearly
• Follow up on outstanding balances to keep the practice healthy
• Coordinate closely with our dentists and assistants to ensure every operatory is utilized and every patient moves through their visit smoothly
