Seva Dental TeamDublin, OH
Onsite

About The Position

At Nemcik and Beers Family Dentistry, part of Seva Dental Team, the front desk is not just a desk. It is mission control. We are looking for a full-time Dental Front Desk Patient Coordinator / Dental Receptionist to help keep our busy Dublin dental office running smoothly while making patients feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and confident from check-in to check-out. This role is a great fit for someone with dental front office experience who is organized, warm, fast on a computer, comfortable with dental insurance, and able to juggle scheduling, patient communication, insurance verification, payments, and follow-up with a steady hand. The patient experience starts before a patient ever sits in the chair. As our Patient Relations Coordinator, you are often the first voice patients hear, the first face they see, and the person who helps them understand their appointments, insurance, financial responsibility, and next steps. You are the hub of the dental office. You help the schedule stay full, the day stay organized, and patients leave feeling cared for and clear about their treatment.
