About The Position
We are looking for an amazing Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our Dental Practice! Children's Dental FunZone is dedicated to serving the unique needs of children, toddlers, and teens. We offer comprehensive services including preventive Pediatric Dental Care and Orthodontics. Our teams of dental professionals are changing the face of pediatric dental care through our dedication to oral health and compassionate care for our patients and their guardians. Our practices are based on a patient-centric approach achieved through significant teamwork, flexibility, and commitment.
Requirements
- MUST ENJOY WORKING WITH CHILDREN
- Customer service and sales experience
- Upbeat personality
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Motivated and ambitious to grow
- Knowledge in Treatment Planning
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Dentrix preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Responsibilities
- Discuss treatment planning, treatment options, benefits, and financial arrangements with patients
- Familiar with electronic billing
- Knowledge of PPO, HMO, and Denti-cal insurance plans
- Communicates well with children and their parents
- Prepare, present, and educate patients on dental treatment plan options
- Offer patients alternate means of payment methods
- Educate patients on healthy lifestyles and Hygiene
