Proficiency in electronic billing systems. Knowledge of PPO and HMO insurance plans and their limitations. Excellent communication skills, especially with children and parents. Prepare and present dental treatment plans to patients. Offer alternative payment methods and educate patients on healthy lifestyles and hygiene. Desired Profile/Background: Passion for working with children. Previous customer service and sales experience preferred. Upbeat personality. Knowledge of Dentrix software is a plus. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and computer skills. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. Motivated and ambitious to grow within the dental field. Experience in orthodontic treatment planning is desirable.
