You will manage patient appointments, discuss and explain treatment options, coordinate insurance and financial arrangements, and maintain excellent communication with patients throughout their care journey. Requirements
- Previous experience as a dental treatment coordinator or in a similar patient-facing role.
- Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be fluent in Spanish
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures preferred.
- Familiarity with dental office management software is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Present treatment plans to patients, explaining procedures, costs, and insurance details in a clear and supportive manner.
- Coordinate scheduling and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of treatments.
- Assist patients with financial planning and payment options.
- Collaborate effectively with dental staff and administration for uninterrupted patient care.
