Children's Dental FunZone is seeking an amazing Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team! Requirements

Passion for working with children.
Previous customer service and sales experience preferred.
Upbeat personality.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and computer skills.
Motivated and ambitious to grow within the dental field.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Dentrix software is a plus.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Experience in orthodontic treatment planning is desirable.

Responsibilities

Engage with patients to discuss treatment planning, options, benefits, and financial arrangements.
Proficiency in electronic billing systems.
Knowledge of PPO and HMO insurance plans and their limitations.
Excellent communication skills, especially with children and parents.
Prepare and present dental treatment plans to patients.
Offer alternative payment methods and educate patients on healthy lifestyles and hygiene.
