Dental Treatment Coordinator
About The Position
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between patients and dental professionals, guiding patients through treatment plans with clarity and empathy. You will manage patient appointments, discuss and explain treatment options, coordinate insurance and financial arrangements, and maintain excellent communication with patients throughout their care journey. Join our team to make a meaningful impact on patients' oral health and overall experience with our practice. $25 - $32 per hour, plus bonuses. #IND
Requirements
- Previous experience as a dental treatment coordinator or in a similar patient-facing role.
- Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures preferred.
- Familiarity with dental office management software is a plus.
- Must be fluent in Spanish

Responsibilities
- Present treatment plans to patients, explaining procedures, costs, and insurance details in a clear and supportive manner.
- Coordinate scheduling and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of treatments.

- Collaborate effectively with dental staff and administration for uninterrupted patient care.
