Dental Client Partnerships Executive – Commission Only
About The Position
Desort is expanding its network of dental partners nationwide and is seeking a motivated, results-driven professional to develop new relationships with dental practices, DSOs, and private clinics. This role is built for someone who enjoys prospecting, starting conversations, developing relationships, and closing new business. You will be responsible for creating opportunities from the ground up and building your own portfolio of dental clients. If you are a self-starter who thrives on performance-based income and enjoys the challenge of turning prospects into long-term business relationships, this could be a strong fit. This is a commission-only position with no base salary or guaranteed compensation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, or client acquisition.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Confident speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a commission-only environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow your own client portfolio.

- Dental or healthcare industry experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect dental practices, DSOs, private clinics, and other dental organizations.
- Research decision-makers and develop targeted outreach strategies.
- Conduct outbound outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Initiate conversations with practice owners, executives, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand business needs and opportunities.
- Present Desort’s solutions and develop new business partnerships.
- Manage prospects throughout the sales process from initial contact through closing.
- Negotiate agreements and convert qualified prospects into active clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
- Build and manage an organized personal pipeline.
- Track activity, opportunities, and results through CRM systems.
