About The Position

Rogers Family Dentistry is currently looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Dental Billing & Insurance Coordinator to join our growing team! We are seeking someone who is highly organized, experienced in dental insurance, and takes pride in accuracy and clear communication.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in dental insurance coordination or billing required
Strong knowledge of dental insurance terminology and procedures
Proficiency with dental practice management software; experience with Dentrix, EagleSoft, or similar systems a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism
A team-first attitude and genuine commitment to delivering an outstanding patient experience

Nice To Haves

experience with Dentrix, EagleSoft, or similar systems a plus

Responsibilities

Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for new and returning patients
Process and submit insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner
Coordinate communication between patients, insurance companies, and internal team members
Assist in resolving insurance-related issues and claim denials
Maintain and update insurance records and patient documentation
Support staff and patients with questions regarding insurance policies and procedures
Prepare reports related to insurance activities as needed
Ensure compliance with practice policies and applicable regulatory requirements
