About The Position
Lumina HealthCare is looking for additional dental billers to join their team. This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday at their corporate office near LAX. The role involves coding, preparing, and submitting insurance claims and invoices for dental procedures, liaising with health insurance providers to ascertain patients' benefits, and updating patient information while ensuring confidentiality.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Medical Biller, preferably in a dental practice.
- Familiarity with CDT and ICD codes preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to excellent customer service.
- Capacity to work with sensitive patient information while maintaining confidentiality.
