About The Position

Seeking an experienced dental biller/AR with prior experience in dental billing/insurance accounts receivable. Must have strong communication and organizational skills. Our Revenue Cycle team performs a range of administrative tasks, maintaining billing procedures for our 170+ locations across the Northeast (and growing!). Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and insurance vendors alike. Organized and precise data entry, documentation, and coding for patient accounts. Processing insurance claims, review balances, verifying proper reimbursements, and sending out claims as needed. Manage incoming/outgoing mail, answering phones as needed, and responding to emails. Requirements

  • Previous experience with dental billing/insurance AR (PPO)
  • Self-motivated with positive attitude
  • Highly organized, fast learner, and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Proficient in English with strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Confident working digitally, computer savvy
  • Resume must demonstrate stable employment history
