About The Position

HealthPoint is looking for an experienced individuals to work in one of our busy dental practices. HealthPoint Family Care is a nonprofit healthcare organization dedicated to patient wellness. HealthPoint provides adult and pediatric medical, dental, mental health, substance abuse treatment, obstetrics and gynecology and vision services. The organization employs over 170 highly qualified providers and support staff who are dedicated to providing care for children, adolescents and adults.

Requirements

• Has verifiable work experience working in a busy dental practice.
• Able to demonstrate their ability to multi-task while being warm and inviting to patients.
• Has experience verifiying benefit coverage with dental payers in real time, collecting patients’ portion due, and working to obtain prior-authorizations.
• 1 year of Dental Office Experience

Responsibilities

• Serves as the office expert on patient dental benefits.
• Works closely with the Practice Administrator, Sr. Vice President, and Revenue Cycle Director
