About The Position
Dental Dreams LLC seeks a Dental Assistant in Baltimore, Maryland, to support dental healthcare operations and provide quality patient service. The role includes chairside assistance for dentists, operating oral radiology equipment, and maintaining clean and sterilized instruments and operatories. The Dental Assistant also helps patients understand treatment plans and responds attentively to their questions and concerns. The position offers the opportunity to learn from dentists and advance to Lead Dental Assistant or Lead Regional Trainer. Weekend availability is mandatory.
Requirements
- State Board-issued Radiation Technologist license.
- Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) Radiation Health and Safety Certification.
- Mandatory weekend availability.
Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance for dentists.
- Operate oral radiology equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools and operatories.
- Assist in explaining treatment plans to patients.
- Address patient concerns about treatment plans and respond to their questions.
- Ensure quality patient service.
