About The Position
Dental Dreams LLC is seeking a Dental Assistant in Baltimore, Maryland, to support dental healthcare operations. The role provides chairside assistance to dentists, operates oral radiology equipment, and maintains clean and sterilized tools and operatories. It also involves helping patients understand treatment plans, responding attentively to their concerns and questions, and ensuring quality service. The position offers opportunities to learn from dentists and advance to Lead Dental Assistant or Lead Regional Trainer.
Requirements
- State Board-issued Radiation Technologists license.
- Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) Radiation Health and Safety Certification.
- Mandatory weekend availability.
Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance for dentists.
- Operate oral radiology equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools and operatories.
- Assist in explaining treatment plans to patients.
- Address patients’ concerns regarding treatment plans.
- Acknowledge patients’ questions and concerns and provide engaging patient service.
- Ensure quality service is provided.
