About The Position

Aspen Dental is hiring a full-time Endodontist Dental Assistant to support the clinical needs of patients and doctors. The assistant will work chair-side with the endodontic specialist during treatment procedures and help provide exceptional patient care. The role requires daily travel to assigned nearby offices. Compensation is $27–$31 per hour, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Scheduling options may vary by independently owned and operated location.

Requirements

Active license, registration, or permit as required by the state of practice, including X-ray certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid, non-restricted driver’s license and appropriate insurance, or the ability to be insured under the employer’s fleet insurance program if assigned a company fleet vehicle.

Responsibilities

Travel to nearby offices to support patient care.
Assist the endodontic specialist chair-side during treatment procedures, as needed.
Take dental X-rays.
Set up and break down the operatory after treatment.
Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain good oral health.
Perform various office tasks as necessary.
Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
