This entry-level Dental Assistant role requires no prior dental experience or certification. The successful candidate receives paid, hands-on training through Aspen Dental’s partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB), including training toward radiology and safety certification and a path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA). The Dental Assistant works alongside a dental team to support treatment procedures, infection control, patient charting, and office tasks, helping provide patient care in the community. Scheduling may vary by independently owned and operated location; part-time, full-time, and flexible scheduling are available. Aspen Dental describes its training, benefits, and flexible scheduling as support for career development, with opportunities to continue learning and potentially advance within the organization. Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists and receive non-clinical business support from Aspen Dental Management, Inc.
