About The Position

Leap Kids Dental is seeking a motivated, friendly Dental Assistant to support patient care and help create a welcoming experience for children and their families. The assistant works under supervision to assist the dentist with exams and procedures, prepare treatment areas, manage instruments, and document procedures in electronic and paper records. The role also supports office workflow, scheduling, and organized records. The position is primarily based in Fayetteville, with travel to Bentonville as needed.

Requirements

• Dental Assistant license or certificate.
• CPR certification.
• Comfort with computers and electronic documentation, and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong patient communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Enjoyment of working with children.

Nice To Haves

• Expanded function permit preferred.
• One or more years of dental assisting experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
