About The Position

Leap Kids Dental is seeking a motivated, friendly Dental Assistant to support dentists and help provide a welcoming, reassuring experience for children and their families. The role involves assisting with patient care and exams, performing clinical and technical procedures under supervision, preparing treatment areas, managing instruments, and documenting procedures in electronic and paper records. The position is primarily based in Fayetteville, Arkansas, with travel to Bentonville as needed.

Requirements

• Dental Assistant license or certificate; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• CPR certification.
• Strong clinical support and patient communication skills.
• Ability to work with children and help them feel comfortable.
• Comfort with computers and electronic documentation, and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, respectful, and kind demeanor.
• Strong teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

• Expanded function permit preferred.
• At least 1 year of Dental Assisting experience preferred.

Responsibilities
