Requirements

• 2–3 years of previous dental assisting experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• For Massachusetts applicants: CPR certification, proof of formal training to expose X-rays, BORID certification, and completion of annual continuing education requirements, as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dental team in providing patient care.
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean, organized environment.

• Perform basic dental procedures under the guidance of a licensed dentist.
