About The Position

As an Entry-Level Dental Assistant at Aspen Dental, you will support the clinical needs of the practice’s patients and doctors. The role offers a pathway to become a DANB Certified Dental Assistant (CDA), along with paid training for radiology and safety certification through a partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and break down the operatory after treatment.
• Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Support patient charting for doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
