About The Position

Dental Dreams is seeking a Dental Assistant to support dental healthcare operations. The role welcomes certified and licensed Dental Assistants or Oral Radiology Technicians, as well as people currently in training or interested in becoming a Dental Assistant. Previous dental or medical experience is preferred but not required.

The Dental Assistant provides chairside support to Dentists, operates oral radiology equipment, and maintains clean and sterilized tools and operatories. The role also supports patients by helping explain treatment plans, addressing their concerns and questions, and providing attentive, high-quality service. The position offers opportunities to learn from experienced Dentists and advance to Lead Dental Assistant or Lead Regional Trainer. Clinic hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Full-time availability.

Nice To Haves

• Oral Radiology Certification.
• Previous dental or healthcare experience.
• Bilingual Spanish skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance for Dentists.
• Operate oral radiology equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools and operatories.
• Assist in explaining treatment plans to patients.
• Attentively address patients’ concerns regarding treatment plans.
• Acknowledge and respond to patients’ questions or concerns.
• Ensure quality patient service is always provided.
