About The Position

Dental Dreams is seeking Dental Assistants passionate about providing healthcare. The role is an integral part of dental operations and welcomes certified and licensed Dental Assistants or Oral Radiology Technicians, as well as people currently in training or interested in becoming a Dental Assistant. Previous dental or medical experience is preferred but not required.

The Dental Assistant provides chairside assistance, operates oral radiology equipment, and maintains clean and sterilized tools and operatories. The role also supports patients by explaining treatment plans, addressing their concerns, and providing attentive, quality service. The position offers opportunities to learn from dentists and advance to Lead Dental Assistant or Lead Regional Trainer. Clinic hours are 10 a.m.–6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m.–1 p.m. Saturday.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Full-time availability.

Nice To Haves

• Oral Radiology Certification.
• Previous dental or healthcare experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Certified and licensed Dental Assistant or Oral Radiology Technician credentials are valued; people currently in training or interested in becoming a Dental Assistant are also welcome.

Responsibilities
