About The Position

Zoo Crew Pediatric Dentistry in Albany is seeking a reliable, energetic, and compassionate Dental Assistant to help provide outstanding care to children and their caregivers. The role focuses on making dental visits fun and stress-free, supporting healthy habits, and creating a welcoming, engaging experience for every patient. The Dental Assistant works with caregivers and doctors, helps maintain smooth patient flow, and contributes to a positive, kid-friendly environment. Experience is preferred, but the employer will train the right person. This is a full-time role of 30 or more hours per week, with 8-hour daytime shifts and no nights. Requirements

• A dependable, detail-oriented team player with a strong work ethic.
• A compassionate approach and enthusiasm for working with children.
• Experience is preferred, but the employer will train the right person.
• State licensure or certification may be required depending on location.

Nice To Haves

• X-Ray, CDA, RDA, EFDA, or EDDA certification.
• Experience with Denticon software or iTero scanners.
• Graduation from a dental assisting school.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.
