About The Position

Southern Endodontics is seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Assistant to support providers during treatment, deliver outstanding patient care, and contribute to practice efficiency. Southern Endodontic Center is a specialty dental practice focused on high-quality endodontic care in a professional, friendly, patient-focused environment. The team emphasizes exceptional patient experiences, collaboration, and a welcoming atmosphere for patients and staff. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday, 6:15 AM–4:00 PM; Tuesday, 7:15 AM–4:30 PM; Wednesday, 7:15 AM–4:30 PM; and Thursday, 6:15 AM–4:00 PM. Additional responsibilities may be assigned. The salary range is $14–$20 per hour. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Dental assisting experience.

Responsibilities

Provide chair-side clinical support to doctors by assisting, charting, educating patients, and setting up and cleaning operatory rooms.
Deliver a superior patient experience throughout each appointment.
Take dental X-rays.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Complete sterilization processes for equipment and operatories.
Welcome, comfort, and educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Follow infection control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and comply with workplace regulations.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
