About The Position
Diamond Braces is hiring a full-time Dental Assistant. We offer competitive pay, modern orthodontic technology, and opportunities to develop clinical skills within a growing organization. Orthodontic experience is a plus, but we are happy to train qualified dental assistants with general dental experience. This role involves assisting orthodontists, preparing treatment rooms, performing sterilization, assisting with various orthodontic treatments, taking scans and X-rays, educating patients, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth patient appointments. We are looking for a reliable, professional individual comfortable working with patients in a fast-paced environment, with some evening and Saturday availability. Requirements
- Dental assistant with experience
- Dental assisting credentials where required by state law

Responsibilities
- Assist orthodontists during patient appointments
- Prepare treatment rooms and clinical instruments
- Perform sterilization and infection-control procedures
- Assist with braces, adjustments, retainers and other orthodontic treatments
- Take digital scans, photographs and X-rays when authorized
- Educate patients about oral hygiene and orthodontic care
- Maintain accurate clinical records
- Help keep patient appointments running smoothly
