About The Position

Island Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to join its team of dental professionals in Gilbert, Arizona. The practice provides dental care using state-of-the-art technology and modern techniques. The ideal candidate has a superior chairside manner and strong interpersonal skills to support positive patient experiences. This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Thursday.

Requirements

• Radiology certification.
• Ability to take good-quality X-rays efficiently.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn.
• Team player.
• Punctual.

Nice To Haves

• Prior hands-on dental assisting experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with Invisalign, making temporary crowns, and sterilization.
• Knowledge of the iTero scanner.
• Familiarity with Dentrix software.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist chairside and help ensure positive patient experiences.
• Take good-quality X-rays.
