Dental Assistant (Atrisco)
About The Position
Family Smiles LLC is seeking a dental professional passionate about providing healthcare. Dental Assistants are an integral part of dental healthcare operations and support dentists in delivering patient care. The role includes chairside assistance, use of oral radiology equipment, and maintaining clean and sterilized tools and operatories. Assistants also help patients understand treatment plans, address their concerns, and provide attentive, high-quality service. The position offers opportunities to learn from experienced dentists, receive performance-based raises, and advance to roles such as Lead Trainer, Lead DA, or Office Manager. Pay is $22–$28 DOE. A signing bonus is available for new full-time licensed Dental Assistants. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m.–2 p.m.
Requirements
- State Board-issued Dental Assistant or Oral Radiology Technician license/certification.
- Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) Radiation Health and Safety Certification.
- Candidates still obtaining DANB certification may apply as an OJT Dental Assistant if they can receive certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities
