About The Position

Family Smiles LLC is seeking a Dental Assistant who is passionate about providing healthcare. The Dental Assistant is an integral part of dental healthcare operations and works alongside dentists to support patient care and clinic operations. The role includes chairside assistance, operation of oral radiology equipment, sterilization and cleanliness, and patient engagement. The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Pay is $22–$28 DOE. A signing bonus is available for new full-time licensed Dental Assistants. Candidates working toward DANB certification may apply as an OJT Dental Assistant if they can obtain certification within 90 days of hire. Employees can learn from dentists who graduated from universities and dentistry programs across the nation. Opportunities for performance-based raises and advancement to Lead Trainer, Lead DA, Office Manager, and other positions are available. Requirements

State Board-issued Dental Assistant or Radiology Certified license.
Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) Radiation Health and Safety Certification.
Candidates applying as an OJT Dental Assistant while obtaining DANB certification must be able to receive certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities
