About The Position
Dental Dreams LLC is seeking a Dental Assistant who is passionate about providing healthcare. Dental Assistants play an integral role in dental healthcare operations. The role provides chairside assistance to dentists, operates oral radiology equipment, and helps maintain clean and sterilized tools and operatories. It also includes supporting patients by explaining treatment plans, addressing questions and concerns, and ensuring quality service. The position offers opportunities to learn from experienced dentists and advance to Lead Dental Assistant or Lead Regional Trainer.
Requirements
- State Board-issued Radiation Technologists license.
- Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) Radiation Health and Safety Certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance for dentists.
- Operate oral radiology equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools and operatories.
- Assist in explaining treatment plans to patients.
- Attentively address patient concerns regarding treatment plans.
- Acknowledge patient questions and concerns and provide engaging service.
- Ensure quality service is always provided.
