About The Position

Elite Dental Care is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join its practice in Eads, Tennessee. The role is intended for a seasoned clinical professional who takes ownership of clinical outcomes, patient care, room and equipment readiness, and patient follow-through. The practice emphasizes appreciation, modern digital tools, leadership support, career advancement opportunities, and regular feedback through Provider Pulse check-ins. Requirements

• At least 2 years of continuous clinical experience.
• Valid Tennessee Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
• Nitrous and X-ray certifications are required.
• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Have a productivity mindset and seek to improve clinical workflow.

Responsibilities

• Take accountability for assigned rooms and equipment.
• Ensure patient follow-through and contribute to positive clinical outcomes.
• Look for ways to reduce waste and improve the efficiency and quality of the clinical day.
• Support patient care as an experienced clinical partner to the doctors.
