About The Position

Dental365 is hiring an entry-level floater Dental Assistant for its practice at 2014 Albany Post Road, Croton on Hudson, NY 10520. The role supports dentists with procedures and helps create a comfortable, compassionate patient experience. The practice emphasizes patient care, infection control, a supportive team culture, and a modern environment with cutting-edge technology.

The hiring schedule is Monday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Tuesday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Saturday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. The stated pay range is $18–$22 per hour. Benefits described as available at full-time employment of 30 or more hours weekly include health and vision insurance options, a 401(k) with matching, paid time off, an in-house dental program, and a scrub allowance. Requirements

• Any certification or license required by the state to perform specified duties.

Nice To Haves

• Previous dental assisting experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit.
• Support the dentist with various procedures.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment while following infection-control requirements.
• Sanitize and prepare operatories for treatments.
• Follow OSHA and safety policies.
• Educate patients on effective oral hygiene strategies as needed.
• Perform diverse office tasks as needed to support smooth practice operations.
