About The Position

42 North Dental is hiring a full-time Dental Assistant at Great Hill Dental Newton. The role provides clinical support to strengthen the relationship between patients and dentists, improve the efficiency of quality dental care, and maintain communication among dentists, patients, and administrative staff to ensure a positive patient experience. Requirements

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for treatment.
• Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures.
• Expose radiographs and take intra-oral pictures.
• Provide postoperative instructions and patient education.
• Prepare, break down, disinfect, and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments.
• Maintain strict compliance with infection-control requirements and CDC, OSHA, and HIPAA standards.
• Maintain dental supply inventory.
• Perform other related job duties as assigned.
• Work as part of a team, recognizing that the providers assisted may change depending on practice needs.
