About The Position

Great Expressions Dental Centers is seeking an energetic and motivated Dental Assistant to support patient care in a fast-paced dental practice. The role includes preparing and maintaining treatment rooms, assisting dentists during procedures, performing basic dental procedures under a licensed dentist’s guidance, educating patients, and handling scheduling and patient records.

For positions in Michigan, the employee must provide evidence of X-ray training certification upon hiring. If they do not have certification at that time, they have eight weeks to submit it.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of previous dental assisting experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• For Michigan positions, provide evidence of X-ray training certification upon hiring, or submit it within eight weeks of hiring.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dental team in providing patient care.
