About The Position

The purpose of this job is to provide a high-quality front-office experience within the Dental Practice, overseeing patient appointments, billing, payments, and records, while supporting clinical care delivery, promoting patient education in dental health, and contributing to the smooth and professional operation of the practice.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Coordinate laboratory work
Monitor and order supplies
Ensure schedules, systems, and workflows operate efficiently
Work in line with practice protocols, regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and data security obligations

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding patient experiences by supporting chairside clinical care, assisting with treatments, x-rays, and maintaining immaculate treatment rooms in line with infection control standards.
Be the friendly face and organised mind of the practice, managing patient enquiries, appointments, recalls, payments, invoicing, and maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
Keep the practice running seamlessly by coordinating laboratory work, monitoring and ordering supplies, and ensuring schedules, systems, and workflows operate efficiently.
