Windsor Family Dentistry is a highly rated family dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Assistant or EDDA to join our team full-time, Tuesday-Friday. Our doctors are approachable, easygoing, and believe in coaching their team. We are an established office with a loyal patient base that feels like family. We have a fantastic team that is supportive and truly enjoys working together.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant or EDDA
- Active CPR or willing to obtain
- X-Ray Certification
Nice To Haves
- Certified Dental Assistant preferred
- EDDA experience preferred
- An assistant that truly values patient care and desires to make a difference
- Someone that is outgoing, reliable and excited to learn and grow within a team
Responsibilities
- A thorough review and update of the patient's health history
- Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies as needed for each operatory
- Sterilization of instruments according to OSHA regulations
- Assist the dentist chairside with four-handed dentistry
- Provide post-operative care instructions
- Assist with ordering and stocking supplies
