We are looking for an experienced chairside Dental Assistant who is reliable, takes pride in their work, and helps patients and teammates have a better day. The role extends beyond chairside assistance: the Dental Assistant helps patients understand their treatment and costs and ensures they are scheduled for follow-up before leaving. The offices maintain full schedules, and every clinical team member contributes to daily operations. This is a hands-on, in-person role requiring engagement with patients and the clinical team. Regular, predictable, on-time attendance for the full scheduled shift is an essential function. The Dental Assistant is expected to remain focused during patient care, maintain a positive and professional attitude, work collaboratively, communicate confidently about costs, take ownership of scheduling, and maintain high standards of grooming and clean scrubs. The hiring process includes a phone screen and an in-office working interview. Prior employers are contacted for references, including questions about attendance, dependability, and teamwork; applicants should provide at least two supervisor references. Offers are contingent on satisfactory reference and background checks. New team members complete a 90-day introductory period.
