About The Position

Dental Health Associates is looking for a Dental Assistant to join their Fitchburg (South) clinic, working alongside Dr. Nick Anders on their Endodontic team. This is a 4-day work week with Fridays off, offering consistency in schedule and the opportunity to build strong relationships with patients and the team. DHA is a doctor-owned dental practice with seven clinics in the Madison area, passionate about delivering exceptional dental care and creating a fulfilling, growth-oriented workplace. Nice To Haves

Previous dental assistant experience.
Familiarity with dental procedures and terminology.
Comfort assisting in surgical or specialty procedures is a strong plus.
Completion of a dental assistant program is preferred but not mandatory.
Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and efficiency.
Prepare, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments.
Maintain accurate patient records and schedule appointments.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Provide post-operative instructions and help patients feel informed and comfortable throughout their visit.
