Bragg Creek Dental is located in the beautiful foothills of the Rocky Mountains, just a short drive from Calgary. Currently operating out of the owner’s residence, we’re excited to move into our expanded clinic space with a targeted opening in July 2026. Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental clinic environment, including managing patient appointments and optimizing clinic flow, with a strong focus on hygiene scheduling.
  • Knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Curve and MaxAssist is an asset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Friendly, professional demeanour with a patient-first mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Be the warm, welcoming face of the clinic, ensuring every patient feels valued and cared for
  • Manage phone calls, direct inquiries, and efficiently book appointments
  • Maintain and organize the patient database with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Oversee insurance claims, billing systems, and follow up with insurance companies
  • Establish and manage office protocols to keep operations running smoothly
  • Coordinate and optimize appointment schedules
  • Provide leadership and foster a team culture focused on outstanding client service
