Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of dental office management and/or dental administration experience
- Strong knowledge of ABELDent dental software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and office processes
- Strong patient service and relationship-building skills
- Customer service-focused mindset
Nice To Haves
- Bilingualism is considered an asset
