About The Position

Nesco Resource is seeking a Denali Former for a temp-to-perm opportunity in Bethel, Connecticut. The position is on the second shift, Monday through Friday, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Pay is $21.28 per hour, consisting of a $19.00 base rate plus a 12% differential. The Denali Former operates computer-controlled machining centers and related production equipment, performs manufacturing tasks according to customer specifications and documented instructions, and forms and handles parts manually using up to 10 pounds of force. The role also involves equipment setup and maintenance, production and inspection documentation, product labeling, and ongoing quality checks. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Microscope skills experience.
Experience using micrometers, gages, and calipers.
Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Operate computer-controlled machining centers and related production equipment.
Perform routine to moderately complex manufacturing tasks in accordance with customer specifications and documented work instructions.
Form and handle parts manually, requiring up to 10 pounds of force.
Set up, adjust, and maintain equipment to meet production requirements and specifications.
Follow work instructions, complete router documentation, and accurately apply product identification labels.
Verify equipment status and system readiness before operation.
Inspect components throughout production to ensure compliance with quality and customer specifications.
Maintain a commitment to quality standards and workmanship objectives.
Accurately record production and inspection data and maintain required documentation.
Complete other duties as assigned.
