Demand Science Rotational Analyst - Summer 2027
About The Position
The Demand Science Rotational Program is designed for individuals excited by data and translating analytics into marketplace predictions. This program offers in-depth experience in consumer insights and demand forecasting within a fast-paced Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization. Structured to last approximately two years, it provides consistent growth and individual development opportunities through three rotations within the Insights & Analytics organization. Potential rotation areas include Behavioral Science, Demand Forecasting, Data Science, Predictive Science, Demand Planning, Advanced Analytics, and Capabilities.
Requirements
- Completion of Bachelor’s degree no later than June 2027.
- General understanding of business, financial concepts, and the theory behind processes.
- Desire to be a leader and grow within the Insights & Analytics organization.
- Passion for data and problem-solving with the ability to convert analytic results into value-added strategies.
- Proven leadership abilities (i.e., collaboration, influencing, agility & critical thinking, self-starting, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience synthesizing expansive data sources, including syndicated data, social listening, sales, and forecasting.
- Partner with business process owners to analyze, design, and implement systematic processes and process improvements.
- Lead monthly forecasting processes by collaborating with sales, brand, supply chain, and finance to produce a forecast reflective of trends and future initiatives.
- Collaborate with Insights & Analytics professionals to create data-driven recommendations and stories to influence cross-functional business decisions.
- Develop capabilities for analytic approaches used to sense, shape, and predict demand for superior marketplace relevance and success.
- Receive coaching and guidance from a program leader, functional manager, and peer sponsor.
