This individual will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth by partnering closely with Business Development (BDR), Sales, and cross-functional marketing teams. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, along with the ability to operate effectively without extensive resources or rigid role boundaries. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of B2B technology experience in demand generation or growth marketing, preferably within cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS, and a strong understanding of how technical buyers evaluate and purchase solutions. They have a proven track record of executing high-impact, multi-channel demand programs that drive measurable pipeline—including digital campaigns, ABX initiatives, email sequencing, and targeted outbound efforts in close partnership with Sales and BDR teams.
