About The Position

Skai is looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to support the execution of campaigns and programs that create engagement and generate pipeline. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their marketing career who brings a can-do attitude, learns quickly, and is excited to take on more responsibility as they grow. You’ll work across the full demand generation lifecycle, helping bring campaigns from idea to launch while gaining experience across channels and programs. We’re looking for someone who is eager to contribute, develop their skills, and gradually take ownership of their own campaigns.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, campaign marketing, or a related role. Relevant internship experience may also be considered.
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in where support is needed.
A desire to learn quickly, apply feedback, and take on greater responsibility over time.
Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at once.
A proactive approach and the confidence to help move work forward.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort working with data, spreadsheets and performance reports.
An interest in demand generation, marketing technology, and how marketing contributes to revenue.
A collaborative approach and comfort working across teams.
Curiosity about AI and an interest in testing new tools and more efficient ways of working.

Responsibilities

Support demand generation campaigns across email, digital, webinars, events, content, and outbound channels.
Build and QA campaign elements, including emails, landing pages, forms, and nurture programs.
Coordinate timelines, assets, approvals, and deliverables to keep campaigns moving and launches on track.
Support webinars and virtual events from promotion and registration through execution and follow-up.
Help manage audience lists, campaign tracking and lead follow-up processes in partnership with Marketing, SDRs and Revenue Operations.
Maintain campaign calendars, project trackers and program documentation.
Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting on engagement, leads and pipeline.
Conduct audience, account and market research to inform campaign development.
Collaborate with Content, Creative, Product Marketing, Events and Sales to coordinate campaign activity.
Support account-based marketing programs through account research, audience development and campaign execution.
Use AI and other tools to support research, content adaptation, personalization, campaign execution and performance analysis.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and help the team work more efficiently.
Take on greater ownership of campaigns as your skills and experience develop.
