About The Position

Simetrik is seeking a Demand Generation, Senior Manager / Director for the US market. This role is responsible for building Simetrik's US demand engine from the ground up, focusing on how enterprise finance leaders buy. The position will own the US field calendar, ABM, the Experience Club program (an executive community), PR and media relations, organic LinkedIn for demand generation, swag and direct mail, and the demand-gen surfaces of simetrik.com. Reporting to the Vice President of GTM Strategy, this is initially an individual contributor role with the potential to scale a US demand team. Success will be measured by marketing-sourced pipeline, MQLs and conversion rates, ABM account penetration, event-sourced and influenced pipeline, and executive community engagement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B demand generation, field marketing, ABM, or executive community programs in enterprise software.
  • At least 3 years in fintech, payments, banking, or enterprise finance software.
  • Direct experience running ABM and field motions for an enterprise US ICP that buys at the CFO, COO, Controller, or Head of Payments level.
  • Track record building and running an executive community (CFO Club, advisory group, or equivalent) from zero.
  • Owned a tier-1 US conference presence end to end (speaking, sponsorships, side events, hosted dinners) and defended a post-event pipeline number to a CRO or COO.
  • Managed a US PR agency and tier-1 fintech or banking journalist relationships.
  • Comfortable operating as a senior IC; shipping the work and building the function before building a team.
  • Working knowledge of payments, banking operations, or financial controls.
  • Bias for AI-native execution: agentic workflows, AI-assisted creative, AI-powered research, AI-enabled account intelligence.
  • Direct experience reporting US marketing-sourced pipeline to a VP, CRO, or COO in a weekly forecast call.
  • Based in the United States.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Proven ability to build and defend a marketing-sourced pipeline target with finance, sales, and executive leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building demand from zero for a US-expansion chapter of a LATAM or EMEA-headquartered enterprise software company.
  • Hands-on operator on LinkedIn at the demand-gen layer, with proof that the channel translated into pipeline (not followers).
  • Familiarity with the modern demand stack: Salesforce, HubSpot, Claude and intent providers, enrichment.
  • Existing relationships with tier-1 fintech and banking journalists, executive community curators, or conference organizers in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Build Simetrik's US demand engine from the ground up.
  • Own the US field calendar, ABM, and the Experience Club program.
  • Manage PR and media relations.
  • Oversee organic LinkedIn at the demand-gen layer.
  • Develop swag and direct mail motions.
  • Manage the demand-gen surfaces of simetrik.com.
  • Set the annual US event calendar, including industry events, owned events, webinars, conferences, and sponsorships.
  • Secure speaking slots for Simetrik executives at tier-1 events.
  • Negotiate sponsorships with a pipeline focus.
  • Tie every event to a pipeline number and own post-event SAO conversion.
  • Build and run named-account programs for tier-1 US targets with Sales.
  • Own the Experience Club program end-to-end.
  • Report pipeline contribution from ABM.
  • Stand up and run Simetrik's US executive community (CFO Club, finance leadership circles, advisory groups).
  • Curate executive dinners and roundtables.
  • Manage the US PR agency and day-to-day media relations.
  • Build Simetrik's presence in industry networks and associations.
  • Place earned coverage in target outlets and convert it into demand-gen fuel.
  • Own the demand-gen layer of Simetrik's organic LinkedIn presence in the US.
  • Partner with Content and Brand on company-page strategy.
  • Build the Simetrik gifting strategy as an ABM lever.
  • Run the Experience Club gifting and experiences program.
  • Manage swag and gifting vendors.
  • Design direct mail campaigns.
  • Own the demand-gen surfaces of simetrik.com (webinars, events, press pages).
  • Hand off landing-page builds to GTM Engineering with briefs that convert.
  • Partner with GTM Engineering on the demand funnel and page-level conversion targets.
  • Operate as the single point of accountability for US marketing-sourced pipeline.
  • Run weekly pipeline reviews with US Sales leadership.
  • Run monthly reviews with the VP of GTM Strategy.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with the COO.
