About The Position

We’re hiring a Demand Generation Manager whose primary mandate is to dramatically increase qualified demo requests — doubling and tripling them — through paid media, ABM, retargeting, email, and digital campaigns. This is a hands-on role for a performance-oriented marketer who understands how to build, launch, optimize, and measure modern B2B demand generation programs — especially across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, account-based marketing, and intent-driven campaigns. You’ll work directly with the VP of Marketing to drive campaign strategy, audience targeting, funnel performance, attribution, and pipeline growth for enterprise cybersecurity buyers. This is not a brand or content role. We’re looking for a bona fide lead-generation marketer — an advertiser, an ABM operator, and a retargeting specialist — who is analytical, execution-focused, and obsessed with converting spend into qualified demo requests.

Requirements

  • AI is woven into how this team works. You’ll be expected to use it fluently for research, writing, analysis, and execution.
  • 3–7 years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with: LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong hands-on experience with: Google Ads / PPC
  • Strong hands-on experience with: Account-based marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with: Retargeting campaigns
  • Strong hands-on experience with: Marketing automation and attribution
  • Strong hands-on experience with: Email marketing workflows
  • Confident working inside HubSpot, Google Analytics, ad platforms, and campaign tooling
  • Strong analytical and campaign optimization skills
  • Experience managing budgets, reporting, and performance metrics
  • Excellent written communication and campaign ideation abilities

Responsibilities

  • Drive qualified demo requests as the primary success metric — with a mandate to double and triple demo volume
  • Own and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end
  • Build and execute ABM and intent-driven marketing campaigns
  • Develop audience segmentation, retargeting, and nurture strategies
  • Manage campaign targeting, conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting
  • Create and optimize landing page, ad, and email campaign workflows
  • Operate and improve marketing automation and campaign infrastructure
  • Collaborate with content and sales teams on campaign strategy
  • Monitor funnel performance and continuously improve CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
  • Analyze campaign performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and related tools
  • Support webinar, virtual event, and field marketing campaigns when needed
  • Help create product demos, campaign assets, and promotional content
