At Seabourn, we are passionate about travel. We believe that traveling for pleasure has a redemptive power that enriches people’s lives. And we believe that people should travel well. Seabourn pioneered small-ship, ultra-luxury cruising, and continues to represent the pinnacle of that unique style of travel. We’re looking for an experienced Demand & Revenue Management Analyst to fill this hybrid role which is based in our Seattle office. The Revenue Management Analyst is responsible for optimizing the commercial performance of assigned Seabourn sailings through strategic pricing, inventory management, and demand forecasting. The role oversees pricing and inventory decisions across independent traveler, group, and contracted business segments, continuously balancing occupancy, yield, and revenue objectives at the cabin-category level. By leveraging multiple business intelligence sources and revenue management systems, the Analyst monitors booking performance, market conditions, and competitive activity to identify opportunities that maximize net ticket revenue while supporting the overall commercial strategy for the brand.
