As a Demand and Fulfillment Coordinator you will LEAD by………. The Demand & Fulfillment Coordinator supports end-to-end supply chain operations by coordinating order fulfillment, material availability, and transportation activities. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate system data, monitoring inventory and material movement, managing freight orders, and ensuring customer and production requirements are fulfilled on time. The coordinator works closely with manufacturing, quality, logistics, planning, and external partners to support operational efficiency and service performance. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is critical to success in this role.

Requirements

High school diploma required
3+ years of work experience in a data-driven, multi-task managing role, preferably with some level of customer interaction
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
Ability to work nonstandard business hours (e.g. 10a-7p).

Nice To Haves

Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate demand and fulfillment activities to ensure timely delivery of customer and production requirements.
Monitor customer orders, forecasts, inventory levels, and material availability.
Manage freight orders and transportation activities, including shipment creation, tracking, and issue resolution.
Track materials and support order fulfillment throughout the supply chain and communicate status updates, including expediting parts through the mfg and quality release processes.
Maintain accurate supply chain, inventory, and logistics data within ERP and transportation systems.
Investigate and resolve shipment delays, inventory discrepancies, and fulfillment exceptions.
Support Demand & Fulfilment team by preparing reports related to demand, inventory, shipments, and fulfillment performance.
Support transportation payment by coding and routing freight invoices in VIM.
Developmental opportunities to provide backup coverage to other members of the Demand & Fulfillment team.
